If I were 30 years younger, I would jump on this in a heartbeat. It looks super solid and almost maintenance free. Anything it doesn't have, I can add. I'm curious about the basement. I live in Texas and there are occasionally tornadoes, and I wonder if this house could withstand one. Probably! Add a GSD and my cat and I would be like a duck in a safe pond.
